I am an industrial designer and will soon be earning a second Masters from Pratt Institute in Art + Design K-12 Education.  I am from deep South Louisiana and made a leap to the most ambitious, ever-evolving city of New York to pursue a career in helping at-risk youth through the scaffold of product design.

I have always been a curious observer asking endless questions and fascinated by how humans think and act.  I hold an unwavering belief that the impact of design can transform, foster and cultivate a meaningful difference in our world. Through applied learning, I can use design as a tool for the greater good of the people.

I am currently the COLOR Club Manager and Director of Summer Design Studio, for a non-profit, Publicolor that engages disaffected and vulnerable students in their education throughout the academic year with a continuum of design-based programs that propel them into a successful transition into college, career and life.
